JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the NA Commercial Digital Technology Director, the Digital Technology Business Partner (Finance Lead) is accountable for partnering with the North America Finance organization to successfully deliver our business strategy.
The Digital Technology Business Partner (Finance Lead) will represent Digital Technology working with key business stakeholders and Finance process leaders to improve business processes enabled by data and digital solutions. This role will work closely with the Global Digital Technology Finance delivery teams to implement key programs in North America.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strategic and trusted partnerships across our business : As a key partner with the Finance North America organization, the role works closely with North America business stakeholders in Finance to shape the opportunities for digital capabilities in the region in order to achieve our business goals.
- Business technology digital capability roadmap development: Co-create our digitally enabled business capability roadmap with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to achieve business outcomes through process optimization, digital solutions, and analytics. Shape capability demand, streamline processes and develop business requirements to meet business needs.
- Portfolio management and value creation : Manage an overall portfolio of regional and global digital capability initiatives, set priorities, and align with regional and global teams to successfully deliver value and positive business outcomes. Connect strategic objectives to execution and achieve results as a cohesive team.
- Provide subject matter expertise and future-oriented thinking : Proactively address opportunities in the external environment. Demonstrate expertise in process optimization and best practices to enhance our business goals.
- Partner across the Global Digital Technology digital delivery, development, and support teams to implement capabilities and solutions connected to our overall business strategy and business capability roadmap. Share a commitment to teamwork and building successful relationships.
- Lead projects in the improvement, creation and implementation of best business practices and implementing digital solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery of results. Active involvement in the business transformation / S4 program, working closely with North America Finance business functions.
- Be a change agent and advocate for improving processes through digitalization and drive adoption of new ways of working.

- Ensure that digital products, services, and solutions meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers to deliver the greatest possible value and impact.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Finance business processes and North America Finance business objectives.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to deliver results together as one team with common objectives.
- Continuously learn and apply industry trends that add value to McCain's strategy.
- Create aligned and connected roadmap of capabilities and initiatives working with Global Digital Technology and Finance Business Functions.
- Demonstrate ability to set clear objectives, develop roadmaps, anticipate risks, measure performance, and evaluate results.
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience .
- 4 + years' experience as a Finance technology analyst or lead, either as a technology business partner with Finance or as a digital lead for Finance functions with focus of commercial finance (i.e. multi- channel sales and marketing).
- Proven experience leading and participating in delivering Finance solutions and systems in consumer goods (CPG) or manufacturing companies.
- Experience in utilizing internal and external data sources to develop analytics capabilities to help drive insights related to finance. Expertise in commercial finance, general accounting and cost accounting.
- Experience with SAP, financial consolidation solutions and finance technology application. S4/HANA implementation experience is a plus.
- Deep business process knowledge of core Finance functions and experience improving finance business experience. Experience with commercial finance (sales and marketing) and customer focused finance processes.
- Experience defining, developing and implementing a digitally enabled capability roadmap in a global or large, complex company.
- Strong interpersonal skills working in cross-functional global and regional teams.

Compensation Package : $67,200.00 - $89,600.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
