You will lead team members through the digital transformation by developing strategies and engagement. You will be the subject matter expert of all platform capability and provide solutions to the business to ensure application success. You will use internal and external resources to provide daily direction and solutions for digital processes and ways of working. You will work onsite, in the Russellville, Arkansas plant, reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager.

  • You will be the subject matter expert for all connected shop floor digital applications.
  • Knowledgeable in plant business design and ability to support with data requirements of an evolving design
  • You will help us lead team members in a high involvement work system to manage the plant's process improvement opportunities. Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service
  • You will ensure plant participation and signoff of architecting and implementing solutions for business opportunities involving connected shop floor platform
  • You will help us use training applications for establish sustainable use of technology for communication and business use
  • You'll be the lead for the Digital Plant super user network(s). Ensure plants participation in COE/Super User Network meetings and deliverables
  • Review existing applications' effectiveness and develop strategies that help us improve these systems
  • You'll coach teams to apply business frameworks and support them on their journey towards measurable levels of performance in the digital transformation phases
  • You will collaborate with production support on network access and application to support continuous improvement of plant digital applications
  • You will help us inspire teams toward swift and successful resolution of issues, ensuring adoption of existing digital analytic tools and exploring new analytics opportunities
  • Prepare performance monitoring tools and programming applications
  • You will connect and implement daily Business tasks to Automated solutions

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. Prefer degree in Industrial Engineering, but other degrees will be considered.
  • Four years related experience working with digital system implementation and project management.
  • Previous experience working in focused improvement or industrial engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with connected worker platforms

Physical Requirements

You will frequently use hands to touch and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; bend or kneel; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will experience a noisy manufacturing environment that may be hot or cold, dry or wet, and may have slippery conditions. You will work at height in some situations and also may work in closed spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation: 

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
