About the Role
At Rapid7, our Digital Media Strategy team is transforming how we engage with global audiences, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us scale and optimize our strategies across EMEA and APJ. This role will focus on driving regional impact by refining and executing paid media strategies aligned to overall strategies and tailored to local market needs.
In this role, you will:

  • Lead regional paid media execution for EMEA and APJ, ensuring strategies align with global goals while being locally relevant.
  • Optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to develop localized digital strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Test and scale new opportunities, channels, and creative approaches to enhance performance.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation for maximum impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with country leads, sales, marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in adtech, martech, and regional digital behaviors to inform strategy and innovation.


The skills you'll bring include:

  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics having worked in a B2B sales oriented organization.
  • Experienced in regional marketing, understanding the nuances of EMEA and APJ markets.
  • Familiarity with top digital platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You have bias for action, not afraid to initiate change and can effectively manage multiple priorities while also comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Learning mindset with willingness to embrace change, work through challenges, seek new opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
  • Process and data oriented. The role requires creation of new processes, data insights and strong ability to evangelize ideas and plans across teams.
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Ad Platforms
