The Senior Digital Strategist at Horizontal Digital, based in Saudi Arabia or Dubai, is a key player responsible for leading the development and execution of tailored digital strategies for clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining key performance indicators, and continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights. The Senior Digital Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving client’s business growth through innovative and impactful digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and wider MEA region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overarching business objectives and ensure successful implementation.
• Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
• Provide strategic guidance, leveraging digital expertise to recommend solutions that drive business growth and enhance the client's digital presence.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies to keep clients ahead in the dynamic digital landscape.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measurement frameworks to assess the success and impact of digital strategies.
• Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and client feedback.

Who You Are:

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective digital strategies.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
• Strong client management skills with a customer-centric approach, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Proficient in analysing data and drawing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in digital strategy development, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing digital strategies that drive business growth.
• Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in digital strategy or related areas are a plus.
• Knowledge of Sitecore, Salesforce, or similar technologies is desirable.
