- The Digital Sales Specialist (DSS) is a pivotal role in our company’s digital transformation. As we roll out internal and customer-facing tools such as eCommerce customer portal (RoofHub.pro), and internal sales resources, you will be the glue that holds our customers and employees together through the transformation.
- The primary duties of the DSS role include:
- Listening to our customers’ and field employees’ needs for digital tools
- Guiding the creation and updating of these digital tools
- Training customers and employees on how to use these tools to benefit them in their daily lives
- You will be a great fit for the DSS team if you possess the following qualities:
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues or identify user error with technology
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks
- Patience with technologically illiterate users
- Creative problem solving skills
- Enjoy traveling to events, customers, and our branch locations (up to 50% travel)
- Sales mindset (rather than selling products, you sell the benefits of our tools to existing customers and internal employees)
- Remote position in the West region
