WFLA (NBC affiliate)/ WTTA (CW affiliate) located in the Tampa Florida, is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Sales Specialist to sell our Nexstar Digital products & services throughout the Southeast. Job Responsibilities:
- Sell Nexstar’s Digital & Streaming products/ services directly to local and regional businesses operating in multiple markets.
- Sell Nexstar’s White-Label digital products/ services to boutique and regional agencies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market marketing and advertising strategies and tactics that result in meeting and exceeding customers goals campaign goals.
- Research client products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities for marketing and advertising campaigns
- Establish, maintain, and grow meaningful relationships with internal teams and client teams.
- Ability to articulate benefits of various advertising platforms including Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Streaming, Search and Social, and other emerging ad tech tactics and platforms
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced and deadline-oriented business.
Requirements & Skills:
- BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
- 3+ years of digital media sales preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Significant knowledge of the digital marketing product/ services offering and effective use for clients
- Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environment
- Effective communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to interact with high-level decision makers
- Solid Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process
- Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Meaningful contributor in sales meetings on digital marketing topics (ex. best practice sharing, industry trends)
