Role and responsibility:

  • Sales and Growth:
  • Development local digital market potential and leading Digital sales responsibility on S. Korea; Customer development, Sales activity, Order handling, Customer satisfaction.
  • Response to Digital related KPI (no of installation, Revenue, Achievement, etc.).
  • Collaboration with local sales team to increase the installation-base to Korean shipping customer, and OEM customer.
  • Organization, preparation and driving customer meetings with Customer.
  • Build up wide and sustainable network with relevant key persons within the customer’s organization.
  • Customer Support
  • Configurate software based on technical information and expectation from customer in order to customer properly utilizes the digital product.
  • Maintain existing customer with daily base.
  • Trouble shooting / Technical consultant.
  • Feedback and Product Improvement:
  • Builds network internally and externally for improve product and enlarge our position on market.
  • Provides support and technical advice to colleagues based on client feedback to help improve our software.
  • Input for product development, drive placement of newly developed product or software in close alignment with the Head of Global Sales & Marketing Digital Solutions.
  • Coordinate with the development team to address client needs and deliver software updates and new features.
  • Retention Strategies:
  • Create and leading the strategic plan and action on territory market with internal alignment.
  • Collaboration with OEM customer for jointly digital offering to end-user.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take action to resolve any issues.

Your background:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in marine engineer, working as engineer
  • A bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or Maritime Studies, IT, or a related field
  • Proficiency with digital products and understanding of engine technology.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and English skills
