In this role you will be responsible for Commercial Support in Operations Team in Busan, South Korea.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a vital role in assisting Operations team in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that support the commercial operations of the company, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across departments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to support their needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with various departments, including finance, logistics, and customer service, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate on special projects as needed, providing support in project management and coordination.
- Assist with customer and vendor management and facilitate communication between suppliers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Backup support for QHSE manager, TTL manager and Communication manager.
Your background:

Firm attitude towards delivering end to end high quality services and customer satisfaction.

Expertise in computer skills, Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Basic SAP knowledge and experience on of SD/MM module.

2+ years of work-experience in order handling, preferably in dealing with international customers or suppliers.

Good with verbal-written communication (English).

Willing to work in odd and extended hours.

Should have good interpersonal skills and be able to deal and respect different cultures across the globe.
