Summary:
Northern California Community Newspapers, a subsidiary of MediaNews Group, is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and customer service support to our digital advertising team.
What you will do:

Interacts with advertising sales reps to coordinate digital advertising campaigns
-
Uploads and transmits creative material for advertising into system
-
Create live digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms including Google Ad Manager

Interacts with advertising sales reps regarding digital ad placement and campaign performance reporting

Interacts with advertising clients for general customer service requests
What you will bring:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, including clear and pleasant phone manner
-
Ability to problem solve and work in a deadline driven environment
-
Enjoys working with other employees

Working knowledge of social media
-
Basic computer skills while possessing a high degree of accuracy relating to data entry

High School diploma/some college preferred
-
Previous customer service experience or related administrative work experience preferred
Benefits and Compensation:
The hourly wage is $16.50. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, and 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
