Position Summary:                    

The Regional Website Management Specialist is responsible for primarily managing the Japanese regional website for the AMEA organization, whilst supporting the other regional websites in the AMEA region. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating the regional corporate website content for regional needs, monitoring and optimizing website performance, and managing the site’s functionality and appearance. This role will work with internal groups to ascertain communication, technical and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to manage corporate websites and can work cross-functionally across different functions.  Additionally, this person will be responsible for managing the user experience, technical performance, and search engine performance of marketing websites and pages. The Website Manager will also supports= the Digital Marketing Specialists for regional marketing campaigns in various languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands all stakeholder needs to ensure the website meets and aligns with legal requirements and business objectives of the region. Coordinates effectively with Japan teams, wider AMEA and global counterparts to align on the global and regional requirements and complete deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Lead the webpage translation project with internal stakeholders and vendor.
  • Feasibility confirmation, specification formulation, and implementation direction with front-end engineers and development teams
  • Solves operational issues through systemized problem solving
  • Monitor, analyze, optimize and report on website operation metrics and successes to ensure website is deployed successfully.
  • Provide best practice guidance to segment/programs marketing on website strategy to optimize outcomes
  • Help execute/provide support for local language digital campaigns, as required
  • Support to execute digital campaigns and programs in local language, using tools such as Salesforce Pardot and Audience Studio, ON24, Adobe Creative Suite and Experience Manager
  • Manage maintenance, data quality and segmentation in Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing and optimizing a corporate website for 3 years or more
  • Strong knowledge of Web standards and website creation ((X) HTML + CSS, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of web usability, accessibility, and website front-end technology
  • Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Creative Suite for HTML coding and graphic design. 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM and experience with CRO (Click Rate Optimization)
  • Experience  in achieving results in cross-functional and global teams
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Basic knowledge of relationship between Salesforce /Pardot, and Google Campaign Manager are an advantage
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and omni-channel tactics including Programmatic Ads, Paid Social, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation are advantage
  • Experience in biotech, healthcare or life science company an advantage.

Experience/Education:

  • University/college degree in website management, or related field required, or equivalent work experience
