There are two positions available - One position is sales focused while the other is service focused.

This position is a member of the Digital Experience team accountable for executing the Digital Program to meet overall business objectives. Collaborates with or is directed by the Senior Product Manager. Responsible for digital feature delivery. Identifies opportunities to improve features to meet the enterprise and business unit goals, digital marketing objectives, customer experience and legal compliance standards. Oversees requirements and approves product backlog items. Performs analysis of digital experiences related to product features.

Job Responsibilities:
 

Analysis and Evaluation

  • Evaluates information from multiple sources to assess how product features are performing based on usage, completion rates, user value and contribution to plan. Communicates results to cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and product owners.
  • Provides recommendations for new features, enhancements to existing features, and sunsetting of features aligned to the channel roadmap.
  • Ensures features align to brand and UX guidelines.
  • Responsible for accessibility monitoring and accessibility compliance of assigned features.
  • Ensures continuous alignment of features to organizational goals and priorities.
  • Contributes to the digital capability roadmap.
  • Responsible for contributing to digital content strategy by providing insights on customer needs, content engagement and process effectiveness.
  • Participates in ideation, development, and execution of website test strategies.

Program Execution

  • Creates and executes features and product backlog items as assigned.
  • Proactively interview stakeholders, research requirements and dependencies associated with a feature to thoroughly document business requirements and address any questions that arise during refinement and development.
  • Identifies UAT test cases and executes UAT of features per the release plan.
  • Develops expertise in the use of tool sets available to the digital program and systems to support creation of content or management of digital features.
  • Supports initiatives that impact the digital program and may act as a point of contact or engage in a cross-functional team as the digital feature SME.
  • May lead small initiatives to support the product owner or channel.
  • Supports CPO initiatives as assigned and may be assigned the role of initiative owner.
  • Develops documentation for features and functionalities to support knowledge-sharing, team onboarding, and cross training that supports business and channel stability.  
  • Contribute to the compliance approval of new digital content and functionality to ensure adherence to legal and brand standards.

Other

  • Assist with the mentoring process of new team members.
  • Responsible for maintenance of existing web content, including regular recompliance and execution of updates required by legal, compliance, and brand teams.
  • Maintain relationship with Voice of Customer team to keep a pulse on website survey results, actionable feedback, and response trends over time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital program such as digital media, web development, user experience, product management or related field or equivalent.
  • Proficient in agile concepts and process. Experience with executing against multi-level enterprise and area goals.
  • Product and/or program management experience.
  • Customer focus mindset.
  • Fosters collaboration and is a clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences across different organizational levels.
  • Brings deep feature knowledge to generate digital program and channel insights to internal and external partners.
  • Understand how prioritization and focus is used to coordinate cross-functional team resources. Ability to quickly assess and triage competing asks in a way that aligns with organizational strategy.
  • Effectively builds relationships and influences marketing and technical peers. 
  • Identifies and communicates blockers to feature improvements and escalates appropriately.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital content strategy, planning and execution, including use of content management systems.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $122,300.00
