Digital Procurement Transformation Intern

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Intern to support our Procurement digital transformation. The role will be part of a growing and talented Group Procurement Team. The role is based in Madrid.

The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. It is an exciting opportunity to develop digital and procurement skills on a global environment.

This is a unique opportunity to join our Procurement team.

His/her responsibilities will be:

• Support on the Digital Transformation initiatives of the Procurement department.
• Research of new technologies and tools with possible applications in the procurement department, developing automations and AI related solutions (AI Agents for sourcing automation, AI-powered spend analysis, supplier risk monitoring…).
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems.
• Contribute to the change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new procurement technologies and processes. Example: training preparations and support to procurement teams and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate in the collection, cleaning and analysis of procurement data to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute in pilots or PoCs with new technologies.

The Intern will report to the Procurement Operations Manager

Experiences and Qualifications

• University Degree, preferably Graduate or Bachelor IT Engineering. Postgraduate degree would be valued if related to the role.
• Strong knowledge/curiosity on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Copilot
• Other analytical knowledge very valuable . Example: understanding of RPA, Machine Learning, AI and Its application in enhancing user experiences and automating tasks (Example: AI Builder and Copilot Studio)

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
