Chemours is seeking for an enthusiastic and innovative Digital Procurement Analyst - Analytics and Insights, someone eager to spearhead the utilization of digital capabilities in the Procurement process. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of integrating AI and various cutting-edge tools to enhance data quality, empowering our procurement team to make informed, data-driven decisions. This position is an influential role to be available either at our Gurgaon India Office or one of our offies in Mexico (Altamira, Mexico City or Apodaca) and report directly to the S2P Data & Analytics Lead.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Utilize advanced analytics and AI technologies to optimize procurement processes and enhance decision-making.
2. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic procurement initiatives about Spend, Inventory Management, Forecasts, External Markets, and processes efficiency Opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity for procurement analytics.
4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time insights into procurement performance metrics.
5. Implement machine learning models to forecast demand, analyze supplier risk, and optimize procurement strategies.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate procurement analytics.
7. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics and AI solutions into existing procurement systems.
9. Conduct regular training sessions for procurement teams on utilizing analytics tools and interpreting AI-driven insights.
10. Support procurement strategy development by contributing data-driven recommendations for supplier negotiations and contract management.
The following is required for this role:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Up to 5 to 10 years' experience in procurement analytics, data analysis, and application of AI in a business setting.
3. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power Automate Tools, Tableau,) and statistical analysis tools.
4. Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python or R for implementing machine learning models.
5. Knowledge of SAP procurement data and procurement processes.
6. Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
The following is preferred for this role:
1. Certifications in data analytics, AI, or procurement would be an advantage.
