Role Purpose & Career Growth
As part of a collaborative team, the Digital Planner will manage end-to-end digital campaign planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple platforms. This role involves analyzing business challenges, understanding online audience behavior, and crafting innovative digital solutions to optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute digital campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and ongoing optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries, ensuring strong client relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with external vendors to identify and implement new opportunities, innovations, and solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data to adjust strategies and optimize results.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex digital challenges and improve efficiency.
- Lead forecast revenue management initiatives to support business growth.
- Take ownership of campaign execution, prioritizing efforts and resources effectively.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including campaign analysis, performance insights, and billing documentation.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media execution, preferably in a media agency.
- Strong understanding of digital performance marketing and platform offerings (e.g., SEM, Social, Display).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in budget planning, analytical reporting, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with digital tracking platforms and campaign measurement tools.
