The Digital Media Specialist at the group level is responsible for developing and implementing global digital media strategies, campaigns, rules, and guidelines to enhance the Lyreco's online presence and engagement. This role focuses on creating best practices, rolling out standardized approaches across regions, and engaging the global community to ensure consistency and effectiveness in digital media efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies and guidelines to be implemented globally across all regions. 
  • Create, curate, and manage campaigns assets for the company’s digital media channels, ensuring consistency with the global brand voice and standards. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media campaigns across regions using analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization. 
  • Collaborate with regional teams, who hold the marketing budgets, to ensure adherence to global digital media strategies and best practices.  
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve global engagement and reach. 
  • Animate a global community by engaging with digital media managers and teams in various markets, providing support and guidance as needed. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports on global digital media performance to senior stakeholders. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Master or equivalent by experience 
  • Fluent English (verbal and written communication) 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media marketing in a competitive digital sector with a proven track record in achieving results (within budget, scope & timing). 
  • Proven experience in digital media management and content creation at a global or regional level. (ideally worked in agency). 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising on a global scale. 
  • Proficiency in digital media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, META business manager, LinkedIn, SEMrush, Optimizely, …) 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. 
  • Creativity and the ability to generate engaging and efficient campaigns. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing global strategies and guidelines. 
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams across different regions.
