Position Overview
To support the data mining, documentation, and preparation work for communication channel planning.
To have the hands-on working experience to become a communication channel planner. To learn account management and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Able to develop media plans for small budget clients
- Able to sell the plans to clients
- Obtain necessary documents and signature as required from the client
- Able to review/analyze/campaign effectiveness using IPG proprietary tools
- Able to prepare a concise presentation (Less but More)
- Manage good relationships with junior clients
- Take minutes of meetings, run through with supervisors, and send to clients
- Prepare/Revise MBA and follow-through the MBA processes to schedules approval by clients
- Ensure that plans are executed as planned
- Ensure that the Assistant follow through with documentation
Required Skills and Experience
- Media planning skill.
- Mathematics skill.
- Microsoft computer software.
- Basic digital knowledge: Google , FB, etc.
- Understand media principles (both traditional and digital).
- Understand consumers behaviors.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 0-2 years’ work experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Know how to use industry software.
