Key responsibilities:
You will lead the identification and implementation of new and existing Marketplace Models / Drop Ship Connections within our large digital wholesale accounts. You will be in charge of the strategy, management, forecasts and results of the Marketplace Model: short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, overall performance, creation of reports.
You will work closely with our Digital wholesale and ecommerce teams, aligning on “The Go To Market Strategy” with regular in season alignment on trading actions and promotions.
You will define, create, build and direct all internal business processes for Marketplace through: product assortment strategy, product on boarding and implementation, site maintenance, business calendar, logistics and shipping and financial reconciliation with all stakeholders.
You will monitor performance against goals and targets. Identify deviations from objectives and drive the necessary changes to ensure the achievement of these objectives. Monitor and evaluate the changes implemented.
You will work closely with the third-party integrator to ensure regular monitoring of information flow and demand signals, resolving issues as necessary.
Provide formal and ongoing communication with management stakeholders and the broader community on measures of success.
You will be responsible for guiding digital business models to ensure consistency and alignment at the market level. You will oversee what is needed to achieve business or deployment plans, sharing best practices across marketplaces and accounts.
You will evaluate new business models or opportunities, contribute to the strategic direction, selection criteria, etc. Evolve existing business frameworks and processes based on lessons learned from implementation to ensure digital growth and efficiency.
Work on initial partner audits for integration of technical, legal, and financial requirements. Responsible for signing and approving contracts. Work closely with partners to define a roadmap for integration, ensuring that both parties are ready, through careful mapping and management of the project start-up plan.
