This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take the lead on our digital marketing engine — from website optimization to paid media, from analytics to AI-driven innovation.
This is a hybrid position based in our Wilrijk, Belgium office, with at least 2 days per week expected on-site.
What You’ll Do
💡 Website Management & Optimization
- Own our CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) – drive content updates, SEO, UX, and performance.
- Improve landing page conversion rates using A/B testing and CRO strategies.
- Collaborate with IT/developers to resolve technical site issues.
📈 Search Engine Marketing
- Run paid search campaigns (Google & Bing Ads): from keyword research to budget optimization.
- Constantly test and refine to reduce CPL and grow the pipeline.
📊 Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards.
- Translate metrics into insights and action.
🤖 AI-Enhanced Marketing
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and SurferSEO for campaign efficiency.
- Innovate with AI to improve content creation and reporting automation.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align campaigns with Sales, Product, and SDRs.
- Support ABM strategies with targeted digital initiatives.
What You Bring
✅ 3–5+ years in digital marketing (ideally B2B SaaS, PropTech, or EnergyTech).
✅ CMS mastery (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow).
✅ Paid search pro (Google/Bing Ads, certified a plus).
✅ Advanced GA4, Tag Manager & Looker Studio skills.
✅ Confident in landing page optimization & technical troubleshooting.
✅ AI tool experience to supercharge marketing execution.
✅ Solid understanding of SEO and data-driven decision-making.
Bonus points for:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
- Multi-language/region campaign experience
- Social media ad management know-how
- Basic HTML/CSS
