    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Lead Generation: Contribute and help manage campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance objectives.
    • Monitor and Evaluate Campaigns: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to optimize results. Adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and optimization to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Manage CMS System: Lead all aspects of the content management system (CMS) to maintain and update website content, SEO, ensuring it is optimized for both user experience and search engine visibility.
    • Google Ads Management (SEM): Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data to improve ROI.
    • Email Marketing: Build and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis.
    • Conversion Optimization: Brainstorm and implement A/B tests and other experiments to improve website and campaign conversion rates.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on the efficiency of digital marketing activities.

    Tasks and Qualifications:

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 2 -3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, SEO, and Google Ads.
      • Solid understanding of website management using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
      • Experience using Salesforce and Marketing CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo)
      • Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
      • Excellent communication and project management skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • E-commerce experience is a plus.
