A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within the Australian telecommunications industry. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop & implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising
  • Optimize web content and Google Ads for telco-specific keywords
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and CRM tools
  • Execute lifecycle email campaigns and automate workflows
  • Enhance lead generation for B2B and enterprise telecom services

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Strong understanding of Australian telco products, prepaid/postpaid plans, and broadband services
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, and lead nurturing strategies
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive customer engagement
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Knowledge of Australian telecommunications regulations (ACMA, ACCC, TIO) is a plus
