Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving lead generation efforts and enhancing brand visibility through digital channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and nurturing potential customers. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support overall sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital demand generation strategies across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO) to drive traffic and increase leads.

  • Create and optimise landing pages and lead generation funnels designed to convert website visitors into qualified leads.

  • Utilise marketing automation tools to design and implement effective email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI to inform future marketing strategies.

  • Create, execute, manage and optimise paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to maximise reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment in messaging and lead quality to meet sales goals.

  • Build webpages and update content across the group and individual business unit websites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B technology environment or digital marketing agency environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics etc)

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in content marketing and lead nurturing tactics.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate creative ideas for campaigns.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
