Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the success of channel partner-related marketing activities through content creation and planning of lead-generating activities. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the partner-related efforts of Verified First’s Partner Managers and develop lead-generation campaigns with the purpose of providing qualified prospects to the Sales team.
How our Digital Marketing Specialist spends their time:
- Support Verified First’s Partner Managers with partner engagement efforts, including but not limited to the compilation of marketing activity assets and the scheduling of strategic partner initiatives;
- Develop and execute on ideas focused around MQL and SQL generation;
- Create supporting marketing materials for partner-focused initiatives;
- Create and maintain Partner pages on Verified First’s website;
- Manage Pardot Process and Planning;
- Manage the generation of new MQLs;
- Oversee the process of managing MQLs through the conversion process to an SQL;
- Ensure that all MQLs and SQLs continue to be nurtured;
- Partner and communicate with the sales team to ensure inbound lead generations strategies are effective;
- Create, develop and manage marketing materials for digital, websites and social media;
- Create supporting marketing materials for partner-focused initiatives including but not limited to banner assets, dedicated eBlast and eMail assets, social media graphics, spreadsheets to support Account-Based Marketing efforts and scheduling, and white papers;
- Perform substantial computer and graphic design tasks to enhance the layout of content;
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including LinkedIn and Facebook;
- Setup, create, and manage campaigns across a variety of channels;
- Assist the Marketing Department in developing and implementing marketing campaigns;
- Create marketing materials that adhere to company branding guidelines;
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure that the marketing department runs smoothly;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field strongly preferred;
- 2+ years of progressively increasing marketing responsibilities, including extensive social media experience;
- Highly proficiency with Weebly and/or WordPress a plus;
- Highly proficient in computer-based systems, software, knowledge of HTML, and web development tools;
- Knowledge of SEO marketing;
- Proficient in creating and managing email marketing campaigns;
- Experience with Pardot, Marketo, or Hubspot;
- Experience managing lead processes inside a CRM; Salesforce preferred;
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and other paid advertising tools;
- Experience in Graphic Design.
