Your Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Trialfacts, you will play a pivotal role in driving patient enrollment by developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns. While analysis and optimisation skills in Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram) are essential for this role, experience with additional platforms such as Google, TikTok, Craigslist, or Programmatic advertising is a plus. You will be responsible for managing campaign budgets, optimizing ad performance, and analyzing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns to reach target audiences for different clinical trials.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
- Optimize middle-of-funnel strategies, including landing page and form optimization, to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive conversions.

This Position Is Ideal For You If You Have:
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns. Experience across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is considered a plus and is nice to have.
- A strong understanding of middle-of-funnel strategies, including landing page and form optimization, to drive campaign effectiveness
- A passion for making a meaningful impact—you’re motivated by our mission of advancing health research and making Good Health For All a reality through effective advertising campaigns.
- A proven track record of achieving campaign goals and exceeding KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (a plus!)
