  • Monitor channel performance and deliver regular reporting on engagement and growth
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, push notifications and SMS via Braze
  • Manage Spark Arena app messaging and contribute to feature development

  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to gather and deliver creative assets
  • Report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record across website content management, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience using CRM platforms (ideally Braze) and understanding of audience segmentation
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative eye for content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders, including external clients and partners
  • Confidence in using analytics to report on performance and inform strategy
  • Knowledge or interest in the New Zealand live entertainment industry
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends around events

The Benefits:

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
