A Day in the Life of the Digital Marketing Manager - About the Role:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own the day-to-day management and execution of website updates – including content, personalization, SEO, analytics, reporting and overall site health
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the process and technology that supports company digital marketing efforts, including the corporate website
  • Drive awareness and generate demand through digital channels, including the PROS website, blog, third-party websites, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the demand generation, marketing communications, events, public relations, product marketing, legal and sales teams to support their online efforts.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance the corporate website, blog, and overall online presence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, improve user experience, and support conversion rate optimization.
  • Maintain and monitor the PROS brand presence on third-party sites like G2Crowd and other review platforms.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of the corporate web presence, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Content Creation & Optimization

  • Work with the design team to produce visually engaging assets that align with brand guidelines and drive user engagement.
  • Contribute to SEO strategy, ensuring web content is optimized for search engines and that SEO best practices are followed.
  • Help improve content visibility and user engagement across search engines and other digital touchpoints.

Required Qualifications - About You:
We are looking for candidates who possess the combination of the following achievements, skills, and behaviors:

  • Two to four years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, website management, and web analytics.
  • Solid understanding of website management, conversion optimization, and digital content strategy.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) helpful.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
