  • Paid Search (PPC): Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI through ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid strategy adjustments.
  • SEO & SEM: Utilize knowledge of SEO best practices and SEMrush keyword data to inform content strategy and improve organic and paid visibility.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Assist with ABM campaigns using platforms such as 6Sense or Terminus, collaborating with sales to target high-value accounts effectively.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, continuously measuring and optimizing performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts drive highly qualified leads.
  • Experimentation & Growth: Implement A/B testing and iterative strategies to refine marketing tactics and maximize engagement.
  • Content & Creative Strategy: Assist with the development of compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in PPC, paid social, and demand generation.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using SEMrush for keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Proven experience running paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Experience assisting with ABM strategies using platforms like 6Sense or Terminus.
  • Solid HubSpot experience is required, including marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to assist in developing engaging content and ad strategies.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
