About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand marketing strategy as well as managing brand messaging. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills, with a keen eye for the latest digital trends and an ability to manage diverse digital platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the production of engaging and relevant website content and email campaigns. This involves planning content calendars, briefing in ads/edm, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Maintain a monthly digital marketing calendar aligned with overall marketing initiatives and brand promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and brand managers to develop campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for planning weekly blog topics, briefing and/or crafting compelling content directly to drive engagement, positive sentiments, boost SEO, views and conversions.
  • Work with the Global E-Commerce manager and agencies to maintain and update best-in-class websites for our brands.
  • Lead with a data-first mindset. Leverage data to inform digital campaign development. Track campaigns and be the owner of numbers to identify opportunities for change/growth.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience across digital marketing (Social media, Influencer, Paid Media, CRM,)
  • Superior project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep passion for culture, the consumer and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal, social, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, ability to work with a team to drive projects to completion, and penchant for solving problems.
