SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Functional Analyst is part of a multi-channel Marketing and Technology team responsible for helping to execute Marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue. In this role they will collaborate with the marketing creative team and IT to understand and improve business processes and workflows. The person in this position should have experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, automation and personalization strategies. With the main focus on analysis and reporting, they will help develop and deploy Marketing strategies that drive engagement and optimize campaigns.

- Serve as the Digital Marketing customer data expert.
- Work with customer data to aid in building feeds for behavioral marketing automations.
- Analyze and report marketing campaign performance sourced from multiple large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to promote events, marketing messages, promotions and key messages to be communicated.
- Proactively research and recommend new growth strategies for customer marketing communications.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing or related field with an emphasis on analytical and critical thinking skills. Practical experience with large complex data in a business environment. Preferred experience within ecommerce, multi/omni-channel marketing, automotive or consumer technology company.
This is a hybrid position with a minimum of two days a week required on-site.
