About the Role
As our new Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be working closely with our SEM team on international digital marketing scale efforts. You will play a key role in optimising existing campaigns and building new ones on our SEM channels. You will be supporting various team members with essential in-market research and helping the wider marketing team with campaign implementation.
Ooni has a hybrid approach to work, with a minimum of 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at our office at Edinburgh Park.
What you'll do:

  • Execute new and existing digital marketing campaign optimisation and implementations
  • Work closely with the SEM team on Google Ads (search, shopping, GDN, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen), and Microsoft Ads
  • Implement digital media campaigns and assist with marketing campaign strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, particularly in the SEM space, and propose creative strategies to implement them
  • Manage the budget allocation and pacing of campaigns, ensuring maximum returns aligned with our targets
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating and presenting comprehensive reports
  • Support various research needs on the Performance marketing team, potentially including digital consumer research
  • Work on optimising product feeds across multiple markets using Rithum and/or Google Merchant Centre
  • Work with various teams to ensure consistency in all communications


What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years experience working in SEM - Google ads specifically
  • Direct experience in creating and managing campaigns on SEM channels such as Google Ads (search, shopping, GDN, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen), and Microsoft (search and shopping).
  • Ability to present data in team settings in person or via Zoom
  • A good understanding of product feeds and key principles of operating them using Merchant Centre
  • Are an intermediate user of GA4 and can understand and interpret the data in meaningful ways
  • You're familiar with research tools such as SemRush
  • You're able to build paid campaigns from scratch when provided with the guidelines
  • Excel and Google Sheets are your best friends.
  • You're able to both work independently and with the team
  • You are comfortable with a fast-paced working environment that allows flexibility
  • Experience using Looker Studio is a plus
  • A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to spotting trends and anomalies in campaign performance data
  • A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities within existing campaigns and suggesting data-driven adjustments
  • Solid understanding of key performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and how they fit into larger business objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Fluency in another language such as German or French is a plus

Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends.

Our team works on a hybrid schedule, typically working from the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays; however, we are flexible.
