Your Impact in This Role

As a Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, shaping customer engagement and conversion strategies. Your expertise will drive sales, streamline lead management, and enhance customer retention while strengthening brand awareness through targeted digital communication—keeping our brand top-of-mind for customers and prospects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation & engagement – Use Marketo, Hootsuite, and Monday.com to create high-performing digital marketing campaigns across email, content marketing, paid media, and social platforms.
  • Automate & Optimize – Develop workflows, segment audiences, and personalize messaging for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate & Innovate – Work with cross-functional teams to refine marketing strategies and improve processes.
  • Analyze & Improve – Monitor campaign performance, report insights, and continuously optimize strategies for higher conversions.
  • Shape the Future of Retention – Design and implement a customer retention strategy, including consent management and engagement programs.
  • Lead Management Mastery – Administer and fine-tune lead scoring, routing, and closing tactics to maximize revenue potential.
  • Paid Campaign Wizardry – Manage and optimize with our digital marketing agency PPC & social media ads to generate quality leads while improving cost efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation platform like Marketo.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite and Analytics suites.
