Job Summary: As an Online Marketing Analyst at Uvation, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and market positioning through strategic marketing initiatives. Your expertise in Google Ads management, SEO, and comprehensive marketing strategies will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting our sales efforts within the competitive North American data center market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals. 

Lead Generation and Campaign Management: 

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts. 
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research, crafting ad copies, and optimizing performance to drive traffic and increase conversions. 

Content Creation and Management: 

  • Create compelling content showcasing the value proposition of our data center solutions (whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, social media). 
  • Maintain an editorial calendar ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across various platforms. 

Market Research and Competitive Analysis: 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the data center industry. 
  • Provide insights to inform product positioning and refine marketing strategies. 

Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership: 

  • Develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the data center space. 
  • Coordinate PR efforts and secure speaking engagements to amplify brand presence. 

Digital Marketing: 

  • Plan and manage participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences. 
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media, leveraging analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. 
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. 

Reporting: 

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and outcomes for senior management. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. MBA or master’s degree preferred. 

Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions, demonstrating success in lead generation and revenue growth. 

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data center technologies (colocation, cloud services, managed hosting), proficiency in Google Ads, SEO strategies, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) 

Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical thinking, and project management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
