As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll join the Global Digital Marketing team for the Companion Animal Group (CAG), supporting data consolidation, campaign reporting, and enhancement projects for the global market.

Throughout your internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM structures, reporting, and data consolidation processes.
You’ll work on various data-driven projects, collaborating closely with teammates and global marketing or commercial teams.
- Transforming Leads into Contacts – Analyze CRM data to track and optimize the journey from lead generation to customer conversion.
- Learn how to identify trends and improve sales efficiency.
- Campaign Reporting Dashboards – Develop reports in Looker Studio or Tableau to analyze key marketing campaigns across both paid and owned channels. Provide a comprehensive cross-channel overview to help teams identify successful strategies and areas for improvement. Gain hands-on experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- SEO Projects and Reporting – Support the web strategist by analyzing SEO performance data and coordinating implementation across cross-functional teams.
- Generating International Insights – Analyze key global campaigns to transform complex data into actionable insights. Strengthen your ability to identify cross-market trends and deliver data-driven recommendations.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- We are looking for a student with an academic focus in Marketing, Business Administration or Data Analytics. An understanding or experience with SEO and UX is a strong plus.
- A strong interest in data analysis and the use of analytic marketing tools.
- Comfortable using common software such as Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Careful and precise when working with data to avoid errors.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Curiosity and Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude toward learning new tools and processes, such as Salesforce.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confidently asking questions, seeking clarification, and sharing updates with the team.

- Professional Project Execution: Experience managing a defined project from start to finish, including milestones and deliverables.
Some practical aspects
- You are available to start by the beginning of July and can work with us for 5-6 months, full-time (40 hours a week)
- You need to be enrolled as a student towards the attaining of a degree to be eligible for this internship. If you are from outside the EU, you will also need a Nuffic agreement.
- We offer you an allowance of 650 euros per month, a fair share of responsibilities, and the opportunity to be part of a great international team.
- We work in a hybrid format, ie: you can alternate working at our offices in Hoofddorp and remotely. Our office is located next to the Hoofddorp train station (25 minutes from Amsterdam by train).
