- Create e-learning content utilizing the latest educational technologies and andragogical theories.
- Define, document, and execute small projects or sub-projects, applying appropriate project management methods and tools.
- Facilitate open communication of creative ideas between interested parties.
- Explore and exploit current and emerging learning technologies (AI, VR, AR) to enhance the learning experience.
- Implement modern learning processes reflecting the latest trends in educational science and technology.
- Identify suitable learning methodologies to support specific customer needs.
- Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to develop learning content using appropriate delivery methods.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- 3 years of higher education after secondary school with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in designing and developing learning solutions, including physical course materials, e-learning modules, microlearning, electronic performance support, virtual classrooms, etc.
- Proven and proficient working experience in creating e-learning content with Adobe Captivate.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis.
- A good level of written and spoken English is required (minimum B2).
