As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will focus on content curation, categorization, competency mapping, and providing counsel on standards for course creation. Experience with Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning is preferred. Your expertise will help us organize our library in preparation for a Learning campaign launch.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Curation: Identify, evaluate, and curate relevant digital learning content from various sources, including LinkedIn Learning, to support employee development. Build prioritized Learning Paths as needed.
  • Competency Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and map competencies to select job profiles, helping to establish process and best practices.
  • Topic Categorization: Organize and categorize learning topics within Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning to facilitate easy access and navigation for users.
  • Creation of Standards and Templates: Assist in creation of standards and templates for internal course creation to optimize both user experience and automation.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and assess curated content for quality, relevance, and alignment with organizational learning goals.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates and reports on content curation efforts and competency mapping initiatives, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content curation, competency mapping, and topic categorization
  • Deep experience with content libraries and LMS functionality, preferably Workday and/or LinkedIn Learning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and categorize content effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Base Compensation Range :
$45.00 To $55.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
