This is a support position that is ideal for a candidate that is looking to gain more hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate for this position is kind, analytical, technology savvy, eager to learn, and a fantastic communicator.

In this role, you will work directly with the Marketing team to execute tasks across a broad range of digital marketing channels, for a diverse roster of clients. You will learn our core principles of paid search, social, SEO, reporting, analytics, marketing automation, content creation, and digital marketing strategy. You’ll be given the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our agency and our clients. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the Marketing team in all aspects of day-to-day work
  • Execute tasks across a wide variety of digital marketing channels and disciplines
  • Build a strong understanding of our clients’ business needs, goals, and ways of measuring success
  • Directly work with team members to execute on key marketing initiatives
  • Learn with enthusiasm
  • Take initiative to better yourself and Digital Impulse

Job Qualifications:

  • Intermediate understanding of digital marketing channels such as:
      • Paid and organic search
      • Paid and organic social
      • SEO
      • HubSpot
      • Content creation and population (WordPress)
  • Basic understanding of GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Ability to use Excel and Google Sheets to synthesize and manipulate data for greater insights
  • Understanding of conversation rate optimization platforms is a plus (e.g., Convert, VWO, Optimizely)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must bring positive energy to the agency day in and day out
  • A genuine passion for achieving client goals and exceeding client expectations
