Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Growth Product Manager for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
- The growth product manager for digital sales within your team is responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive user engagement and acquisition. They collaborate with UX designers, marketers, IT, and the analytics team to optimize the digital sales funnel and ensure sustained growth and performance;
- Ensures a brand maintains relevance with ever-changing consumer preferences. Analyzes demographics, evaluates consumer research and studies product features in order to understand the consumer. Uses knowledge of the consumer to improve customer experience and marketing effectiveness, leading to tangible business outcomes;
- Applies knowledge of performance marketing channels, technology, platforms, digital products, vendor partnerships, and optimization techniques to build successful performance marketing campaigns and strategies, leading to measurable business outcomes;
- Uses data to inform the development of continually improving digital assets;
- Crafts concepts for intuitive user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) that create positive experiences for end-users;
- Applies knowledge of developing web/app-based applications including the use of multiple programming languages, familiarity with databases and web services, coding and deployment best practices, QA/testing, and experience with technical documentation, to produce successful customer-centric solutions.
