Position’s mission:
This is a support role for a responsive individual with the capacity and desire to succeed in high growth environment.
Responsible for the day-to-day design work as needed mainly by creating social media elements, social media profiles, branding, Marketing / Sales presentations. Create wireframes and mockups for mobile and desktop web pages, landing pages, newsletters.
In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and eager to learn more, we’d like to meet you.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepares rough design concepts for Banners & Social media working with different brands.
- Be able to create Landing pages layouts with platforms like Lead pages.
- Create a specific “look and feel” for any piece understanding the concept and
- Work with different brands at the same time. Create original visuals for each piece understanding the all graphic system.
- Support senior designers on brand and strategic design work.
- Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
- Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
- Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design
- Use feedback from other designers to improve.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Average of 2 years of experience in Design roles. Will be highly valued previous marketing digital experience
Knowledge /Skills/ Competencies needed:
- BA in Design.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- Basic HTML and coding knowledge
- High Sense of ownership on the job.
- Proficient in English (Written / Spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creativity and design skills are very important to come up with original ideas and to produce appealing material.
- Knowledge of what appeals to different target audiences
- Video editing will be a plus
- Self– Organized
