DIGITAL AND GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Key Responsibilities
- Design Real-World Content: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create a wide range of digital and print materials, including brochures, social media graphics, newsletters, and presentations.
- Contribute to Branding: Work within FHLB Dallas’ brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Assist in Campaigns: Support the development of marketing and communications campaigns by creating visuals that align with the overall strategy.
- Content Creation: Help generate graphics for the company website, email campaigns and internal communications.
- Photo & Video Support: Assist in the production and editing of photos and videos for both internal and external use.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with different departments to ensure design needs are met on time and reflect the project goals.
- Real-World Exposure: Engage in every step of the design process, from brainstorming and conceptualization to execution and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Working toward a degree in communications, marketing, visual communications, public relations, advertising or similar field
- Planning on a career in communications or public relations
- Solid written and oral communications skills
- Photography and graphic design (Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite)
- 40 hours per week; hours are flexible

What We Do
FHLB Dallas is a member-owned cooperative that supports housing and economic development in the communities served by our member financial institutions in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Texas. Our credit products and other financial services help members deliver financial products to fund housing, small business, rural development, and agriculture. Specialized community investment and affordable housing loan and grant programs help finance community redevelopment and expand affordable housing opportunities.
