What will you be doing?
- Required to travel to KSEA countries on Digital Solutions. (If required).
- Able to handle all kind of networking related products in/out of KONE.
- To be able to provide answers to all the networking related quarries from customer.
- To be fluent in Cyber security regulations and standards.
- To attend customer meeting on IT related quarries.
- To learn on KONE Elink products and install/commissioning at sites.
- To be familiar with access control devices and its interfaces.
- To learn about DCS, Turnstile and KONE LANE and troubleshoot on site.
- Liaise with global for latest software updates for the digital products.
- Take care of hyper care faults and work with OM for the resolutions.
- To run report from Elink whenever customer ask for it.
- Work with vendors on different interfaces like BMS, Card access with the lifts.
- Prior experience in API environment will be added advantage.
- To learn LCE/KCE controller and its interfaces.
- To work closely with all the THD engineers’ team.
- To proactively provide solutions for those outdated products.
- To follow up on API card Access renewal from global side.
