Job Description
Mielle Organics is looking for a Digital Designer Manager to support our fast-paced eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, media channels and social media platforms.. The position is responsible for working in a leadership role in the digital design industry, delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for web pages, email promotional creative, email templates, motion, video and other associated graphics. This person must be highly organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented and able to think creatively and quickly. Excellent project management, communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the position.
This is a fast paced role (organization) that requires someone with a high capacity, attention to detail, and an ability to develop creative and effective solutions that align with the goals and objectives of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Bring a new perspective to the design digital experiences

Demonstrate creative thinking that takes already established strategies and translates them into dynamic digital creative executions.

Produce and manage the team to design for all digital, media and social channels. This includes, but not limited to, email campaigns, e-com campaigns, sms, app, php images, web pages and banners

Manage a high-volume of requests, while meeting project deadlines and demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness

Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and translate create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs

Lead and manage across all phases of strategy, development, contracting, pre-production, production on set, post production, distribution

Driving successful assets to support all media initiatives, including, but not limited to, paid advertisements, OOH and campaign initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS in Communication Design, UI/UX Design, Interactive Design, Digital Design, or similar
- Software Fluency in the latest digital programs and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, Whimsical, etc.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong expertise in the core areas of Digital Design. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical proficiency.
- Strong design mastery and ability to solve problems using design skills as shown in a portfolio
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85, 000 to $115,000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
