The Role
The Digital Creative Designer will develop, strategize, art direct, and design impactful multi-channel sales enablement design support, including graphic design, digital, video, UI/UX, presentations, and print mediums. This role will play a critical impact in supporting a consistent learner experience across our sales enablement platforms. The designer will participate in business-wide sales enablement strategy activities to effectively translate sales training and enablement needs into actionable design strategies (must execute those requirements into design solutions).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, conceptualize and design compelling and impactful graphics within a learning management system

Convey complex, technical information more concisely by developing visually engaging graphics

Strategize on messaging, design thinking, and digital sales enablement product positioning for new and current business objectives

Own deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detail

Creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines
-
Systems design thinker (packaging architecture and visual learnings across multiple sales enablement platforms)

Interpret business goals to inform a comprehensive building of instructional design collateral to be used in a learning management platform

Acting as a liaison across the Revenue Operations team to ensure results meet design specifications and high-quality standards

Integrating images, text, etc., with a great sense of aesthetics while executing against the product and sales enablement vision

Video Editing and Animation: Proficiency in video editing (using tools like Premiere Pro and CapCut), with a good eye for dynamic visuals and basic animation skills to create engaging content.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline from a four-year accredited College/University; or demonstrated work experience in the A/E/C industry that matches the requirements of the position in lieu of degree
Critical Skills

2+ years of professional graphic design experience; SaaS Digital Product experience a plus

A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and digital product expression. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, visual storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
