Digital Marketing Specialist

What can you expect?

A highly experienced Digital Marketer, you will be a key member of the Marsh McLennan Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE). Responsibilities will include helping shape our digital marketing strategy globally and digital activation regionally. With responsibility for delivering a best-in-class online presence, we will trust you to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive business/digital objectives, paid campaigns, and online optimization. The digital CoE is a fast-paced environment that operates across Marsh McLennan global businesses, with this role reporting into the North America Digital Marketing leader.

We will count on you to:

Strategy and delivery

  • You will be responsible for stakeholder management, collaborating with marketers, digital leads, and other key stakeholders. Your role will involve managing paid campaigns from start to finish, working closely with the market area to understand their goals and offerings. Whether it's generating leads, driving engagement, or increasing brand awareness, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the strategy.
  • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external media agencies to drive business/digital objectives, create effective campaign strategies, and drive online optimization (traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.)
  • Planning and executing strategic initiatives, reporting and optimizing KPIs, applying digital best practices and adoption.

Distribution Enablement and Support

  • Partnering with global CoE, drive SEO performance including content development, keyword research, localization and personalization, and monitor organic KPIs.
  • Managing overall “site health” including SEO, tags, cookie consent, accessibility, etc. and overall “local” execution of global processes. Partnering with Technology teams on Martech implementation and adoption.
  • Coaching/educating all stakeholders on best practices to influence digital campaign planning and online experiences.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Analyze data to create insights that are actionable and accelerate the use of analytics for decision-making.
  • Mining analytics and data sources to continuously enhance our engagement, journeys and conversion including by identifying and implementing A/B tests.
  • Monitoring progress against regional objectives, targets and KPIs (inc. conversion and lead generation) and driving recommendations for improvement.

What you need to have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in strategizing, designing, and executing a digital marketing presence that successfully amplified brand, client/prospect engagement and online leads/e-commerce sales.
  • Experience in advertising on Google and Microsoft Display & Search, LinkedIn Ads, and Demandbase ABM Display Ads.
  • Outstanding solution-focused delivery with a track record in taking ownership to successfully steering projects forward, strong attention to detail, problem solving to achieve desired results and a proven ability to flex own style to be both strategic and hands-on when required. Familiarity with Agile tools and methodology is an asset.
  • Proven digital marketing expertise and knowledge including website IA, tagging, SEO/SEM, lead nurture, experience/content fragments for localization, personalization, accessibility, UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, CCM, etc. Experience with HTML and CSS is an asset.
  • Proficient in platforms such as AEM, Adobe Target, GA/Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics, SEMrush or other equivalent enterprise digital platforms. Experience in international websites management and Martech is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to partner with and influence multiple-stakeholders in a dynamic environment with a "can do” mindset to achieve successful business impact and outcomes.
  • Strong curiosity and creativity with a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape and apply to CoE initiatives.
  • Excellent communications skills - English and local language verbal and written.
