As a Digital Analyst, you will be an integral part of a 6-member Global Digital Analytics team, focusing on analyzing digital data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance digital business performance.

In this role, you will create reports and dashboards on key metrics, evaluate online performance, and provide actionable insights. You will also conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends and manage web analytics tools to ensure proper setup, user access, and account structure maintenance.
A core responsibility is generating insights that inform strategic decisions, evaluating online initiatives, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
In this role you will:
- Analyze web analytics data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to website performance
- Create reports and dashboards on traffic, conversions, sales, and other online customer behavior metrics
- Evaluate the performance of online campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement
- Run ad-hoc analysis on key trends and provide recommendations based on the findings
- Maintain the setup of web analytics tools, grant user access, and manage account structures based on given instructions
- Monitor key metrics, review automated alerts for anomalies, analyze outputs to identify potential issues, and contribute to their resolution
- Manage tracking tags in a tag management tool based on given instructions, test their implementation before launch, and validate using testing data
- Educate internal teams and regions on web analytics, data interpretation, and tracking best practices to support informed decision-making
- Apply basic understanding and utilization of sales data integrated with web analytics data
- Perform analysis of business intelligence data and create dashboards with support of a more experienced colleagues
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills and keep up-to-date with new trends and information in the field of expertise
Required experience and skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with a curious and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of web analytics and performance evaluation principles
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager or similar tagging platforms
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into KPIs and metrics
- Basic knowledge of online marketing principles, web design, and user experience
- Preference for data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to articulate your opinion both in oral and written communication
- Service-orientated team player with expert communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification or similar web analytics certification
- Certification in Google Tag Manager or other tag management platforms
- Experience with Google BigQuery or SQL certification
Basic wage component (gross): from 1800 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
