What you’ll do:
Support Account Services & Research
-
Assist with Salesforce support to help organize sales pipelines and revenue tracking

Conduct customer and vertical market research to inform strategies
Master Internal Communication & Collaboration
-
Learn and utilize JIRA for task management and tracking.
-
Communicate effectively through Slack and email for internal collaboration.
-
Participate in regular check-ins, including biweekly internship progress reviews with the Program Manager and a monthly AMA (Ask Me Anything) career guidance session with the SVP of Account Services and Ad Operations.
Contribute to Local Office Culture & Marketing Initiatives

Organize and support social events, handling reservations, sourcing event ideas, and managing company swag.

Plan and support internal agency programs and events.

Manage internal content curation.
Gain Exposure to Sales & Industry Insights

Attend internal sales/AAR calls and client meetings to understand business operations.

Prepare materials for internal and external client meetings, including meeting summaries and follow-ups.

Support active projects and contribute to initiatives across various teams.
Complete an End-of-Internship Projects

Create and deliver a presentation to the Internship Program leads on a topic to be determined based on your project involvement during the program.

Create an IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts video highlighting your experience, such as:
-
“A Day in the Life of a Zefr Intern.”
-
“Things I Learned Through My Zefr Internship.”
-
A social media trend relevant to internship highlights.
Develop Marketing & Business Strategies

Brainstorm new business initiatives and project ideas.

Assist with developing company marketing and communication strategies.
What we’re looking for:

Expected graduation year: 2026 or later
-
Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university
-
Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred.

Experience with social media (preferred)

Strong academic background with exceptional oral and written communication skills

Basic understanding of the digital media ecosystem

Passionate about marketing, advertising, and digital technology

Problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a remote, team-based environment

Detail-oriented self-starter with a high standard for quality

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and internet technologies

Ability to work in a structured, collaborative team setting

Comfortable with strict deadlines and shifting priorities

Compensation (for US based employees):
The anticipated compensation for this position is $16.20 per hour.
