Job Description

We are looking for candidates who are:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience and drive digital adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital adoption needs and create tailored WalkMe experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of WalkMe and other solutions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital adoption and WalkMe technology.
  • Install and use the assigned insightsoftware products and develop an in-depth understanding of them.
  • Support multiple product lines concurrently.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, video and other materials to support digital adoption initiatives.
  • Adhere to processes, standards and schedules for documentation and curricula.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical writing, English, or other major
  • 2-3 years of technical writing, instructional video or guided learning experience in a software company
  • Experience developing in-app guidance using tools such as WalkMe, Whatfix or Pendo
  • Fluency in the English language, styles, and conventions, with the ability to master technical concepts and explain them in terms appropriate for the target audience in our customer voice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with others when writing, editing, and reviewing complex instructions
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other large ERP ecosystems
  • General knowledge of IT-related concepts
  • Familiarity with development processes for software and documentation, such as agile and scrum methodologies
  • Curiosity about technical processes and tools

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in task-based documentation, training and content strategy
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplined team with geographically distributed co-workers
  • Working knowledge technologies such as CSS and JavaScript
  • Project management and/or Jira experience
  • Exposure to SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, and other similar product suites or database technologies
  • Familiarity with video-editing and production tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
  • Familiarity with tools such as Madcap Flare and Zendesk
  • Ability to conceptualize graphics on complex topics
