Digital agency iProspect, part of the international media agency group Dentsu, which has been operating in Estonia for almost 30 years, is looking for an experienced digital marketer to join its team!
 

Expectations for the candidate:

  • great communication and argumentation skills;
  • results-oriented and drive to find ways to improve clients' campaigns;
  • at least three years of experience in managing digital media projects;
  • experience in managing and optimizing major international advertising channels;
  • at least intermediate level of proficiency in using Google Ads;
  • experience in using and configuring web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.);
  • ability to interpret marketing data in the context of evaluating the success of one's own work and achieving the client's business goals;
  • ability to understand what is happening in the client's business from a marketing perspective. Willingness to actively think along, offer solutions and thereby continuously develop client relationships;
  • ability to advise clients and colleagues to ensure the effectiveness of clients' media activities;
  • communication skills in Estonian and English.

Tasks description:

  • developing digital media strategies for clients;
  • mapping client needs and goals and preparing corresponding media plans and offers;
  • communicating and negotiating with clients, media channels and partners;
  • digital media planning (target audience, media plan, channels, volumes, timing);
  • collaborating with local and international colleagues to best serve joint clients;
  • managing digital media projects and campaigns in accordance with contracts and agreements;
  • controlling and optimizing advertising display;
  • ensuring measurement of campaign results, analyzing and preparing reports and presenting summaries at client meetings;
  • preparing invoices, checking and registering incoming invoices;
  • maintaining and developing client relationships, offering new solutions and additional services;
  • consulting and training clients and colleagues on digital media issues;
  • knowing and using the tools and systems used by Dentsu in daily work.
