Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Manager
Job Summary
This position develops and executes Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) programs to drive high performance and create belonging for all. The role designs and facilitates state-of-art employee experiences. This position creates and delivers DIB programs (e.g. Days of Understanding) that advance the Equinix strategy. This role works across HR to build and integrate DIB into all talent processes.
This position reports to Sr. Director, DIB. The DIB team is part of the Community & Belonging team, and partners closely with Wellbeing, Employee Engagement (called WeAreEquinix), and DIB Metric and PMO (called Impact Operations).
Responsibilities
Program Design
-
Develops the enterprise strategy for Equinix DIB framework and offerings (DIB Products & Catalogue)

Partners with other talent management resources, HRBP and business executives in the design of the offerings and ensures that the program and framework is implemented across the executive population

Ensures that the framework and offerings are in alignment with, support and augment the broader DIB and Talent Management frameworks

Defines and monitors programs success measures and reports outcomes through DIB scorecard and Quarterly Business Reviews

Constantly evaluates the programs and framework for opportunities to increase the impact, simplify and Equinize
Project Management

Project manages all aspects of the global DIB curriculum from design to pilot to production, budget and vendor management

Develops and executes all change management efforts in partnership with other talent management resources, HRBP and business leaders as needed

Relationship management with key players in external strategic DIB partnerships to maximize mutual value
Facilitation

Facilitates DIB offerings, off sites and custom engagements

Might also supervise the facilitation and provide leadership and guidance to external resources
Analytics

Runs reports and reviews success measures

Makes necessary adjustments to DIB & Employee Engagement offerings
Qualifications

7+ years experience preferred

Master's preferred
