About The Team

The DevOps group is responsible for supporting development operations, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, patching operating systems, and applying security updates. The team works closely with development, security, and operations to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient software delivery.

You will automate processes, optimize deployments, and enhance security across the pipeline. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and solve complex challenges, making a direct impact on the fintech landscape. Your ability to identify and implement innovative solutions helps streamline workflows and improve overall system performance.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines for rapid development and deployment.

• Develop and manage infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform.

• Integrate tools for unit testing, performance monitoring, and security scanning.

• Optimize resource utilization and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks.

• Provide technical support for corporate tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.

• Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for pipelines, tools, and processes.

• Provide training and mentorship on DevOps tools, practices, and technologies.

• Respond to and resolve system issues with minimal operational impact.

What You Will Need To Have

• Skills: Jenkins, Kubernetes, Puppet, Python, GoLang, Java/Spring, NodeJS, Linux, Microservices, Data Streaming, Public Cloud.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong DevOps engineering background with deep expertise in automation and transformation.

• Proficiency in object-oriented or alternative software design models.

• Proven track record in cloud-based microservices development.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure using GCP and AWS.

• In-depth knowledge of functional and non-functional testing frameworks and methodologies.

• Software development best practices for the full engineering lifecycle.

• 7+ years in technical leadership of software teams.

• 9+ years in complex software development.

What Would Be Great To Have

• Hands-on experience with security best practices in DevOps.

• Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Salary Range

$96,400.00 - $162,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
