You oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross-functional, multiple projects through a set of practices and a release plan. This includes disparate scope, resource dependencies, cross-project alignment, deployment planning, release execution and transparent reporting of release results for SAP and SAP-Integrated projects.
How you will contribute
You will oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in Project governance and release governance, including project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives. In this role, you will conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that release schedules are aligned to business goals and then communicate the release roadmap to broader internal and external stakeholders. You will use your 8-12 years of project delivery and governance experience in software delivery lifecycle of SAP projects to influence leadership and projects.

We are seeking a dynamic Automation Test Engineer to join our DevOps team within the Quality Engineering Practice. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in automation frameworks and tools, with a focus on SAP S/4 transformation and end-to-end automated testing. You will contribute to creating efficient, scalable, and innovative test automation solutions that streamline processes and improve software delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions using Tricentis TOSCA, Python, and Selenium WebDriver.
- Knowledge of Tricentis qTest and qTest API
- Lead automation efforts for SAP S/4 transformation projects, ensuring high-quality testing of SAPUI5, HTML5, and middleware systems.
- Build and manage end-to-end automation between SAP and third-party applications from vendors/customers.
- Leverage TOSCA REST APIs to create, execute, and report on automated test executions, integrating with DevOps pipelines where applicable.
- Collaborate on workflows and API interactions using tools like MuleSoft, IPaaS, Talend, and IBM B2B.
- Write and optimize Python scripts for REST API interactions and JSON data management.
- Parse, analyze, and transform JSON data for automated test reporting.
- Develop strategies for automated test maintenance and upgrades in line with SAP S/4 lifecycle changes.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify optimization opportunities to enhance automation frameworks.
- Experiment with emerging technologies to address unknown technical challenges and improve testing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive expertise with Tricentis TOSCA, particularly for SAP S/4HANA environments, SAPUI5, HTML5, and middleware systems.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing, including creating and executing automation scripts.
- Strong skills in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, FuzzyWuzzy, and Requests for data handling and API interactions.
- Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing.
- Solid understanding of TOSCA REST APIs and their integration into test automation workflows.
- Working knowledge of working in Git managed repository
- Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4 transformation projects, particularly in automated testing strategies and solutions.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, IPaaS, or Talend is a strong advantage.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a solution-oriented mindset to handle technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
- A curious and experimental attitude, driven to explore new technologies and approaches.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in test engineering and quality optimization
