Job Overview
As a Mid-level DevOps Engineer, you will work with our DevOps and Engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS. We need someone who can maintain our systems and bring new ideas to enhance our team's capabilities and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, improve, maintain, and implement a multi-cloud infrastructure that delivers our innovative technology platform.
- Instrument and maintain robust monitoring capabilities across all environments.
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure, including cost modeling and optimization.
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters for application deployment and management.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines following best DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure standard methodologies for infrastructure, application architecture, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with team members from Product, InfoSec, Finance, and Engineering to ensure compliance with security requirements and frameworks such as ISO27001, FedRAMP, and SOC2.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles, with previous experience in CI/CD implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience with Azure AKS, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines, Travis-CI, AWS CodeSuite, etc.).
- Experience with GitOps approach using ArgoCD and Helm.
- Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
- Experience with Bash scripting.
- Strong experience using Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) tools (experience with Terraform preferred).
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with crafting and implementing solutions on AWS cloud platform.
- Experience with AWS Kubernetes Service (EKS).
- Experience with multi-cloud architecture and management.
